Founded –
April 2006
Founded by – Seamus & Louise McCrossan
We at Mambojax want to create a living and a certain lifestyle combining
our joint experience, talents and passion for food and eating out.
In order to do this we felt it necessary to open our own business. We
now have the freedom and authority to make important decisions about
where and who we buy produce from, how we want to serve the food and
which wines we wish to serve with it. We have to be realistic as regards
to cost of produce, being a young business we must make enough money
to cover all costs. We aspire to serve local produce where possible.
We will continually source new suppliers within our locality and support
them within our realms. The growth of our business will enable us to
do this more effectively.
Ultimately we aim to
be the best restaurant in the north – west.
The staff at Mambojax would like to thank all of our customers for their
support. Thanks to all our staff past and present for their support
and dedication in providing high standards which Mambojax is fast becoming
renowned for, without them this would not have been possible.
We look forward with anticipation to the coming year where fresh new
menu ideas reflecting the seasons will be available to tantilise the
tastebuds of all customers, past, present and future.
Our aim is to pool staff and customer ideas in order to continually
meet and exceed our business mission and vision.

Its
ironic at this time when we have received such a Prestigious Award For
the Best Restaurant in Tyrone that we have to inform you, that Mambojax
Restaurant has closed its doors on
Sunday 30th May 2010.
Mambojax Outside Catering
will continue to provide the Excellent quality and Service that you
